We love nothing more than celebrating the festive season and enjoying those delicious dinners, interesting cocktails and being merry. For many of us the Christmas break is the perfect time to wind down with family and friends and recharge those batteries.
It can be difficult for some of us to truly unwind so we thought we’d share these tips to help prepare for the break so you can set yourself up for an amazing 2020
- Get Prepared – make a list of things you need to do before Christmas and prioritise. Think online shopping, food, presents, travel and don’t leave it until the last minute. Also remember to ask for help – you don’t have to do it all yourself.
- Don’t overindulge & know when to stop – set a Christmas budget for presents and entertainment and sick to it.
- Get plenty of rest and sleep well – take time for yourself.
- Get outside and keep up the exercise routine – get off the sofa and social media and go for walk to burn it all off.
- Have fun and do the things that makes you happy – remember it is Christmas and the perfect time have fun, laugh and be merry.
