Managing Director – Amanda Gauci
With a passion for property, Amanda has established a prominent career in the industry. Amanda is dedicated to making each property development a successful and rewarding experience for all involved.
Amanda has managed property developments for over 10 years. Her property experience, along with a previous 8 year marketing career, has positioned Amanda as an astute developer who delivers projects that meet the needs of each market. Managing projects across both metropolitan and regional Western Australia, Amanda has a proven track record of delivering on time and on budget.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business and Post-Graduate Certificate of Business Administration from Curtin University.
Director – Brian Stinson
Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the board of Pulse. With his working life starting out in education and progressing into education marketing, Brian soon discovered his passion for business and branched into wider areas of commerce. With his entrepreneurial flair, Brian has established several successful small businesses and has invested in property for nearly 40 years.
Brian’s property experience spans across residential reno’s, multi unit development, land subdivision, rezonings, industrial development and commercial renovations. Despite entering his golden years Brian still retains that “fire in the belly” for property which is burning stronger than ever.
